Registration Fees

*General Institute Registration covers participation in three days of workshops.

REGISTRATION OPEN FOR PAYMENTS BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD

• SINGLE ATTENDEE REGISTRATION
• GROUP ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail by May 15, 2012. A $25 processing fee will be deducted.
• After May 15, 2012, no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
• Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time.
